1. Sony Corporation of Hong Kong Limited agrees to provide maintenance services for the above-mentioned parts within the effective warranty period.
2. Excluding all products of PlayStation® and Xperia™ Mobile Smartphone.
3. During the effective warranty period, if parts of the machine are damaged and need to be replaced or repaired, we will not charge any fees, except for the machine's connecting cable/supplied accessories and the body shell.
4. The user shall bear the repair cost in the following situations: (a) Damage caused by water, fire, accident, negligence, improper use or abuse, input of inappropriate voltage, normal long-term use loss, and any unauthorized repair or modification .
5. The LCD screen is manufactured with the most sophisticated technology and more than 99.99% of the pixels are effective, but there may still be black dots or bright spots (red, blue or green) may often appear on the LCD screen. This is a structural feature of the LCD screen and is not a malfunction or damage. The company only accepts replacement applications made within 7 days from the date of purchase. The application must comply with the above-mentioned LCD screen with dead spots and/or light spots with a total of more than 3 points (subject to verification by the company). In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
6. Based on the characteristics of the raw materials used in OLED TVs, if the image is repeatedly or displayed on the same position on the screen for a long time, it may cause permanent image retention. This phenomenon is not a malfunction of the TV, so it is not included in the scope of maintenance.
7. If the user changes the new address or phone number, please notify the company in writing as soon as possible.
8. If the remote island client parts need to be returned to the factory for repair service, the customer must bring the parts to one of the company's customer service centers and retrieve them at the same place after the parts are repaired.
9. If the customer's consumer electronic products require maintenance services, the customer must bring the parts to one of the company's customer service centers, and retrieve the parts at the same place after the parts are repaired.
10. When customers request repair services, they must present the original purchase receipt with the product model.
