Jumpoint Home Delivery (for orders over $450)

Home delivery service covers most areas in Hong Kong. Delivery service is not available for remote areas, outlying islands, Discovery Bay, and Ma Wan.

SF Express Self-pickup (freight collect)

The system calculates whether the order is eligible for pickup based on the product's volume. Pickup points include SF Express intelligent lockers and SF Express service centers.

Self-pickup procedure at pickup points:

The pickup location will be displayed on the checkout page.

After the package arrives at the pickup point, customers will receive an SMS notification from the system with instructions to collect the item at the selected location.

If the item is not collected within 48 hours of arrival at the intelligent locker, the delivery personnel will retrieve the item.

In-store Pickup

In-store pickup is a simple and convenient option.
