For a local JD Logistics order below HK$450, SHOPLINE automatically adds a HK$32 shipping fee to the invoice and charges it at checkout. Available SF Express home-delivery or pickup options are subject to those shown at checkout. JD Logistics delivery is estimated at 3–4 business days after dispatch. Baby cribs and large items are delivered by JD Logistics to local Hong Kong addresses only and cannot be shipped overseas.
What delivery arrangement applies to local orders of HK$450 or more?
All local orders of HK$450 or more qualify for free delivery, including JD Logistics and other local delivery options. Actual delivery options are subject to those shown at checkout.
What are the charges for below-threshold SF Express pickup or home delivery?
For local SF Express smart-locker pickup orders below HK$299, and local SF Express home-delivery orders below HK$450, the customer pays the general shipping charge of HK$32 and ReadyGo subsidizes the remaining delivery costs, including any remote-area or outlying-island surcharge; the customer does not pay a separate charge for those subsidized surcharges. Eligible SF Express pickup options are free at HK$299 or more; check the options shown at checkout for available services and applicable thresholds.
What is the charge for a local JD Logistics order below HK$450?
SHOPLINE automatically adds a HK$32 shipping fee to the invoice and charges it at checkout. If a remote-area or outlying-island surcharge applies, ReadyGo subsidizes that surcharge. Local orders of HK$450 or more, including JD Logistics, qualify for free delivery. The HK$32 JD Logistics fee is charged at checkout, not collected as freight on delivery.
Where do you deliver? Are remote areas or outlying islands covered?
Delivery is available to village houses, remote areas, outlying islands (including Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and Peng Chau), Ma Wan, Lantau Island and Discovery Bay. For below-threshold local SF Express orders, the customer pays the HK$32 general shipping charge and ReadyGo subsidizes the remaining delivery costs, including any remote-area or outlying-island surcharge. For JD Logistics, ReadyGo subsidizes any applicable remote-area or outlying-island surcharge. Please check checkout for available delivery options.
What are the delivery charges to Taiwan and Mainland China? Do you ship elsewhere internationally?
International shipping is currently available only to Taiwan (HK$400 per order) and Mainland China (HK$200 per order). Other international destinations are not currently offered; the service area may expand in the future. Baby cribs and large items are delivered by JD Logistics within Hong Kong only and cannot be shipped to any overseas destination.
How long do preparation, dispatch and delivery take?
The estimated delivery time for both SF Express and JD Logistics is 3–4 business days after dispatch. After an order is placed, in-stock items are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days. Pre-order items or items that require sourcing or replenishment are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days. These preparation and dispatch estimates are separate from the delivery transit time after dispatch.
How are baby cribs and large items delivered?
Baby cribs and large items can be delivered to local Hong Kong addresses by JD Logistics only; they cannot be shipped overseas.
